TRS making their Mark on the World!

Further to the success of the relationship between TRS and Global Technology Manufacturer Worldmark , TRS are taking steps to expand their UK based HSE offering into Asia. This is a result of the work done by TRS developing a Global HSE Strategy and thereafter a bespoke health and safety educational programme which was thereafter accredited by IOSH. The training will now be delivered by TRS throughout Worldmark’s global concerns. Worldmark places great emphasis on training, learning and development for its 2000 employees who are located across 17 countries and approximately 45 sites. The success of the relationship between Glasgow based TRS and Worldmark’s East Kilbride Production Facility has allowed both businesses to recognise a bespoke training footprint, one which could be easily replicated to ensure a uniform and universal approach to training Worldmark colleagues.  TRS are the Risk Management Consultancy Division of CBES Ltd part of the highly successful City Refrigeration Group. With the group’s continued Global growth the opportunity to deliver across Worldmark’s estate was the obvious next step for TRS. Fraser Allan, Director of Risk and Compliance for CBES Ltd commented; “TRS were really excited to secure the opportunity in Sept 2012 to work with Worldmark to develop their Global HSE Strategy and interact with their management teams.  The methodology, drive and vision of TRS suited very well that of the Worldmark ethos, therefore it lead us to explore and thereafter agree to develop a educational programme that we then sought accreditation via IOSH.  We can’t wait to take health and safety to a new level in partnership with our client. Training will commence in sites across  China throughout April 2014."
