TRS Trainer……Delivering training at the sharp end

TRS welcome back Health & Safety Advisor Alex Petrie from his posting with the Royal Military Police in Afghanistan. Whilst there Alex received a Commendation for Distinguished Service in the support of Operation Herrick.

During his tour Alex helped to shape the future of training delivery within the Afghan Police by developing a structured and accountable Training Plan, improving the capability, professionalism, dedication and quality of the Afghan National Police.

Something that sets apart TRS from many other H & S providers is the wide variety of experience held by our team.  TRS, unlike many of their competitors are also able to confirm the fact that their Trainers practise on field on a day to day basis in the same live environments that our client are challenged with.

The time Alex has spent in the harsh surroundings of Afghanistan dealing with training at the sharp end only further enhances the variety of experience held by our team of trainers.

Western Isles Construction Training Group (WICTG)

TRS have been working with the Western Isles Construction Training Group, to deliver UKATA Asbestos Awareness training to over 70 delegates on the Isle of Lewis. This proved an exciting opportunity to work further afield in delivering training solutions.

Feedback from the delegates on this course was really positive:

“Excellent and has made me more aware of the awareness of asbestos.”
“Well worth while as informative & educational”

We hope to work with WICTG again in the near future.
